Great support from NPCPL in replacing.
Recd d first kadai wid sharp edge n infirm handle. Amazon did not intervene, got in touch wid d manufacturer who promptly gave a replacement without taking d first kadai back and charging only courier charges for d second kadai. Very heavy, good quality with firm heavy handles. Happy to add to my kitchen. Great support from NPCPL(manufacture). Happy with quality indeed but the way customer grievance was handled.

It's a fake
Have been using this for about 3 mnths now. Pic after 3mnths of use. Not regular use. From handle to handle is 12 inch. Very sturdy & deep. Good for 2 people. First of all this didn't have the NPCPL STICKER on it which shows this is not original. I send it back 1st time. 2nd time also , no sticker. I like the design & sturdiness of it, so kept it. This kadai looks like aluminium but it is iron bcoz it does rusts just with the moisture in the air! So even after properly drying it under heat & applying oil on it to store the pot after use, it starts rusting. Before every use, I found that cleaning with vinegar is the best way to remove rust & get it shining again. Nothing else worked! No lemon, no salt - hot water. Tamarind also helps to an extend. But while drying....if u wipe the pan while hot...u can get rust on tissue eventhough it is just cleaned & looks shiny. You will never get a clean tissue after any no of wipes. Where is it coming from??? Then ive noticed, while cooking also, the top part of the kadai which is free ie the area above the curry you are cooking....will start changing colour like rust...while u are still cooking the curry!!!In short, this pot is difficult to keep rust free!! Rust is dangerous so I highly dont recommend buying it. This is not good for cooking wet items. Maybe peanuts in sand or something like that where rust wont have direct contact to food. Better not to put your health at risk with this item.

Duplicate stuff from some other vendor
Got a duplicate stock without the original sticker & by the time I realised the return period was over ...so was at loss for the purchase value. Never used the utensil.

It is not iron really.It smells a lot and while washing the wok it bended by the side where pressure exerted.the bottom is thin and vegetable tend to stick by it.Wok is large in size this is only plus point.

Worst product
Worst product . Every time we use this Kadhai , clean it, rub it with dry cloth and then apply oil but still it’s rusted everytime, please don’t buy this product.
