It's crooked, not at all straight.
I love the design of this piece for my Christmas village, but getting it to stand up wasn't a given. It's slightly off "straight" and that causes it to lean. I can turn it where it isn't noticeable and it's not bad enough that I'll send it back, but be aware that it isn't necessarily straight in case that kind of thing bothers you.
