KEYO1E 4.9'' Short Antenna Compatible with RAV4 2009-2015

I actually LOST some reception distance, even hardly picking up a powerful station right here in town. Since I run Bluetooth and mostly listen to the songs on my phone, I guess I can let it slide. It was packaged nicely, fast shipping and made the 2008 Xterra look a lot better than having the old long wire flapping around. That's the reason it still gets 4 stars.UPDATE - After exactly 1 month and hooking up SirusXM a week ago, I can actually say that this antenna definitely does not bring in the signal that a normal one would. In my 15 minute commute to/from work each day, at least 1/2 of it is spent listening to silence while the radio "loads". Unfortunately, I am having to go back to my stock antenna and will look for a different brand while being stuck with this. Maybe I can give it to a co-worker for aesthetics only purposes.

I've tested and tried two competing models from a popular competitor, (Brand X) on Amazon. The major issue is the AM & FM signal reception from strong local radio stations is full of static and weak. It's a compromise, until now. Now you can run through your automatic car wash and have great short stub Antenna reception from both AM & FM. Finally! A shorter than OEM antenna that gets the job done! Using on our 2011 Chevy Traverse. This is the third short antenna I bought/tried in effort to replace the OEM original that got snapped off from leaving the garage before the door was all the way up...

I bought this antenna for my 05 bmw z4 because the original antenna is too long and makes the car looks goofy, also the signal on the original antenna is horrible. Anyways this antenna has amazing receptions, I'm far up in the mountains where I never get signals with the original ones but this antenna picks up good reception and everything coming through is clear and not breaking up or cutting off and on all the time. This antenna also makes my car look neater and now I can also cover up my car when it's outside because it's short. Really good product would buy again if I could. Highly recommend this antenna if your in the market for a new one.

Purchased in late 2019 for my 2020 Silverado. Really happy at first - looked nice and no noticeable loss in reception. However, in less than a 10 months, the black finish on the antenna is getting washed out and turning gray (pic). The black trim on the truck still looks new so, it has to be the antenna material.Had no noticeable loss of reception at first but, over time (again, 10 months) have noticed that radio stations that once had clear reception, now have static and are not picked up at the same distance they originally could be picked up.

I am not a man of many words.. But this little product works just like it should. I had no drop in radio reception and now, i am not hitting the garage door with the antenna.

Wasn't sure if this would fit my 2019 Ford Ranger, but it turns out the one for ,the Ford Escape 2013-2019 fits. It's a little longer than a "stubby" antenna, but shorter than the factory antenna and I did not notice any difference in the reception. It does recommended taking it off when going through car washes, but I forgot to do that the first time I washed it and it went through without a hitch. It's a high quality antenna for sure.

Well this is the third one purchased, I thought maybe the first two were stolen so this time I applied locktite to the threads and now the plastic bottom is split. I’m done!! It’s a shame because I think they are cool and work well.Updated Review 11/5/20: seller was very kind and easy to work with and offered to send a replacement or credit my purchase. I like the product and accepted the replacement. I appreciate the superior customer service
